This is really important for those who are joining our raids

Sign up as soon as the raids are up at planner, don't wait until the last minute.
Sign up even if the list seem full, there can be ppl not showing up/having other last minute plans and we try to swap characters around to fill the class spots that is needed for the runs.
The Orthanc runs need to have certain classes so we can clear the mobs/bosses. We try to confirm the runs around 6 uk time and the invites start around 6.30 - check the planner to see if you are confirmed for the raid.

If you can't come tell one of the officers, send an email ingame or post on forums so we know so we can fill that spot.Be on time for the runs so we don't have to look for replacements.
Be fully repaired, have morale/power pots, battle and warding scrolls and Hope pots.

Everyone who is in the raid must be on our Mumble, there is where all the instructions will be told, so log in on mumble when raid starting.
All these things makes our runs smoother and we all be concentrated and focused for cpl of hours of fun together. =)
